GDPR

We only store name, address, email, phone number, ip address (spam protection) and orders / order history.
No information is provided/sold to third parties.
You can request the data to be deleted at any time, you will do so in your account. You must be logged in to access the GDPR tools.

Price and Payment

On our website every product is shown including tax. In the checkout you can see the total price including all fees, taxes, shipping and method of payment.

You can choose to pay with Payson (Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard). Your credit card number and signature codes are handled by SSL – encrypted communication and card numbers are not stored in our systems. For Swedish companies it is also possible to pay via invoice. The condition of payment for this is 20 days.

In Sweden customers can also use SEB, Swedbank, Nordea or Handelsbanken as direct payment and in Finland, cstomers can use OP-banking, Sampo Pankki or Nordea Finland as direct payment (Payson).

Payment can also be made via Swish, to number 123 348 081 1. NOTE Only in Sweden.

Prices of Effektdesign's website is updated in real time. Effektdesign is entitled to amend the quoted prices without notice.

We reserve the right for any typographical errors. All pictures should be seen as illustrations and can not be guaranteed reproduce the product's exact appearance and characteristics.

Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 3 - 7 days. If product availability is shown as “in stock” we have it in our warehouse for dispatching as soon as possible.

Varubrev (PostNord)

Varubrev first-class is the best choice when speed is important. Varubrev in Sweden are normally assigned to the recipients already day after posting. The delivery time for Varubrev to other countries will vary depending on which country you live in.

Consumer (individual) right of withdrawal for distance

NOTE! Right of withdrawal for distance does not apply to businesses.

According to the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act, customers have the right to cancel your purchase and recover the amount you paid within 14 days after you received the product and without specific reason. This provided the product is essentially unchanged, ie, unused and not destroyed or damaged, and in such condition that it is possible to sell to a new customer with no price deduction. You may not use the product but of course, carefully open and examine it.

The right does not apply to customized products such as personalized printing, engraving or similar nor CD with fonts / programs.

You, the customer pays for return shipping when invoking the right of withdrawal.

When ordering a product you will be asked to fill in your personal information. Upon purchase you agree to this information is stored in accordance with Effektdesign's privacy policy in order to fulfill our agreement to you as our customer. In accordance to the Swedish law of Personuppgiftslagen (198:204) you have the right to know the information Effektdesign have registered about your person. If the information is erroneous, incomplete or irrelevant, you may ask to have your information corrected and/or removed. The security of your personal information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive.

Force Majeure

Effektdesign is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements' obligations.
